To understand the dynamics of these nascent markets, the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNF) is funding a collaborative research project, 'Metavation,' spanning from 2024 to 2026.

Metavation is a joint endeavor between the University of St. Gallen and Grenoble Ecole de Management, bringing together researchers to delve into the processes of market formation. Our team's core focus lies in examining how legitimacy is established in these emerging AR/VR/XR markets. Our research team will investigate the factors that contribute to the development and acceptance of new products, services, and business models within the technological frontiers.

In addition to delivering the requirements of the project, the aim of our team is furthermore apply the gained knowledge to sustainability related industries too.
